Working Hard – So YOU Don’t Have To

I’ve been making videos of bank owned homes in Flagler Beach and Palm Coast since March 1, 2011.  While the videos have been very well received, I’ve discovered that they are being used by other agents as well.  Call me selfish but if they want to truly help their customers they should get off their butts and make their own videos.  This blog will showcase bank owned home videos made exclusively for home shoppers willing to commit to using me as their agent.  I’m not earning gas money helping other agents sell homes!  :-p

This list includes only bank owned homes listed in the Flagler County MLS. I work hard to find the “hidden” listings for my customers and will post those in the video section of my blog.

26 Riverdale Ln – list price coming soon

Highest bid the bank received was $74,200 and the reserve was not met. I would be suprised if the reserve was less than $90,000. If you could pick it up for under $100,000 it would qualify in my book as a steal considering the good condition. $115,000 was the “buy it now” price under the previous auction terms.
